ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF MEMBER


DESCRIPTION

We are seeking candidates to fill a general administrative position. Ideal candidates will be consistently thorough, conscientious, and attentive to detail in an uptempo environment. Candidates must also be comfortable interacting with staff, vendors, clients, and consultants, and receptive to instructions from senior personnel and the principals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidates will act as the main point of contact for the firm via phone, and process incoming and outgoing items according to the office standards. Candidates will also be responsible for general administration of the office under the guidance of senior personnel, including maintaining the cleanliness of the office, handling employee paperwork, ordering supplies, filing and scanning documents, and organization office lunches and events.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a busy environment, while working directly with senior professionals and executives

  • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills

  • Record of excellent attendance in prior positions

  • Strong computer and software skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of Quickbooks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a knowledge of general professional communication standards
