We are seeking candidates that have at least one (1) year of experience at an NYC A&E firm, preferably of a medium or large size. Ideal candidates are detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can work self-sufficiently within the context and direction of managers and the principals. Candidate should also have a good working knowledge of technical and construction procedures.
Candidates will assist in managing DOB filing packages and construction documents, code reviews and zoning research. This includes tracking all project aspects including NYC agency filings and design-build coordination, as well as interaction with clients, consultants, and city agencies.
Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Structural Engineering
At least one (1) year of experience in a mid-size to large A&E firm
One (1) or more complete years of working experience in NYC on NYC projects
Basic knowledge of NYC Building and Zoning Codes
Full proficiency in Auto-CAD 2015
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); MS Project a plus
3D modeling and rendering experience
